Thank you for choosing to sell your preloved bag with us. Please read through the information below and message us if you have any further questions.
The majority of bags sell on a 60:40 basis (unless they are listed below £100 which is 50:50). We do make exceptions for high value items e.g. Chanel, Dior etc so please contact us to discuss this further.
We ask all of our items to either have their original receipt or proof of authenticity. If you don’t still have the receipt, that’s not a problem and we can get it authenticated independently for £5-10 per item.
The majority of our sales are through our social media platforms but we can also list on our website if requested.
We aim to sell your bag as soon as possible, however please be aware that in order to make the process fair for all of our customers, we work through bags in chronological order of receiving them. If you would like a particularly fast sale then please let us know and we can aim to do this for you. Please be aware that once a bag has sold, we will transfer you the agreed amount within a minimum of 14 days after the sale date.
We pride ourselves on pricing our bags fairly on behalf of the seller, and also the buyer. Therefore, there may be times when we think it would be beneficial to reduce the bag. If this is the case, we will contact you to make sure you are happy with this and the new price.
All items are fully insured whilst they are in our possession. All our items are posted tracked and signed for and while in transit are covered for their full value.
