Useful Information



Please be aware that Cuckoo's Nest operates a no return policy.  
All the handbags we sell are pre-loved and most have been gently used. We check all the bags before putting them on sale so please read the descriptions very carefully and please ask for all additional photos (if required) prior to making a purchase.


If you would like to sell your designer handbags or accessories through our shop or would like any more information about the selling process the please drop us a message through our "Consign with us" page or you can email us on Please attach as many pictures as you can showing the condition of your item and please include original receipt and authenticity certificate if you possible.

Once you have decided to sell your bags with us, please make sure you read the Consignment Agreement on our website.


We dispatch bags twice weekly. All bags will be posted tracked and signed for and should arrive the following working day after dispatch (please be aware there can sometimes be local courier delays due to the current pandemic and postal services being stretched).

Our bags are also available to collect in store free of charge Tuesday to Saturday between 10:30-4pm. Please make sure you contact us before collecting to arrange a suitable day and time.


Due to the recent Covid pandemic, shipping may take longer than normal so please make sure you order your bag with enough time to spare!



Please be aware, in the interest of our safety no handbags are kept in the shop overnight.

We limit the number of handbags we have in the shop at any one time so if you are wanting to come for a mooch and are interested in any particular bag, please message us and we can make sure to bring your chosen bag into the shop for your visit.
