Q)    Are all your items authentic?

A)     Yes. Any item purchased from Cuckoo’s Nest is 100% authentic. 100% guaranteed. If we are ever unsure, we             always pay to get bags authenticated so you can be rest assured that you are buying the real deal!

 

Q)     Please can you hold an item for me?

A)      We are happy to hold an item for 2 weeks with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

 

Q)     Why do you not offer refunds?

A)      We sell preloved items on behalf of other people. This means that once a bag has sold, we start the process           of getting the funds to the seller. Therefore, once the seller has been paid, we are not able to offer you a                   refund. We can however re-sell your bag for you for an agreed percentage.

         We try to take as many photos as we can to show a real representation of the bags. If you are every unsure of           the colour or anything, feel free to contact us and we will happily provide you with more information.

 

Q)    Do you have a shop where I can come to look at the bags?

A)     Yes! We have a shop in The Suffolks, Cheltenham where you can come to see the bags. Please be aware that          we don’t keep all of the bags on the premises, so make sure you get in touch with plenty of notice so we can            make sure your bag is there for you to see.

        Also, please note that our opening times may sometimes vary, so double check before visiting!

 

Q)    How much is postage?

A)    We do offer a free collection service from our shop. If you are not local and would like your item posted, we              post UPS tracked and signed for. This costs £13.99 (sometimes more for higher value items) and means the parcel is covered up to it’s full value.
